I'm quite new to telegram, but you can find me as Sebastian Purcell. If you need a phone number for it (again, I don't quite know how this works), then just message me through one of those other formats and I can send that to you.
For me, the easiest ways is just to use finance.yahoo.com. They have most cryptocurrencies and a nice interface. Here's the link to Bitcoin: https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/BTC-USD?p=BTC-USD Just click "full screen" near the chart, and then click on "indicators" in the upper left. Pick "moving average."
It'll default to 50-day, but you can just change that to 200. I also like to change the color to something easier to see.
Is there a way to contact you directly by email or on telegram?

Could someone send me the historic 200 day ave for Bitcoin and Etherium, or show me where I can get them?

I note that you frequently reference 200-Day SMA but on all the charts embedded in your posts it appears to show a 160-Day SMA. Why the difference?
I use both actually. Both are empirically supported, though the 200 has a few more studies. I also use the SMA 50.
